埃里克·弗倫策爾（德語：Eric Frenzel，1988年11月21日—），德國男子北歐兩項運動員。他曾代表德國參加2010年、2014年、2018年和2022年冬季奧林匹克運動會北歐兩項比賽，獲得三枚金牌、二枚銀牌和二枚銅牌。[1]
