國際瀕死研究協會(英語:International Association for Near-Death Studies,縮寫為IANDS)是一個總部位於美國北卡羅來納州達勒姆的非營利組織,致力於瀕死研究[1][2][3][4][5][6][7]。該協會成立於1981年,旨在研究並提供關於瀕死體驗現象的信息。如今,它已發展成為一個國際性組織,包括一個由50多個地方興趣小組組成的網絡,在全球約有1200名會員。在美國主要城市建立了地方分會和支持小組[1][2][5][8][9][10][11][12]。該協會還支持和協助瀕死體驗者及其親屬。在該協會的一份出版物中,明確了該協會的願景,即通過研究、教育和支持來建立對瀕死體驗和類似瀕死體驗的全球理解[1]。
