周平（1970年1月—），男，佤族，雲南耿馬人，中華人民共和國政治人物，中共黨員。本科學歷。
參加工作後曾在臨滄行署、臨滄市政府、孟定片區開發建設管理委員會等地任職。2014年8月任滄源縣委副書記、縣政府黨組書記，2014年9月任滄源縣委副書記和代縣長。現任雲南省臨滄市滄源佤族自治縣縣長。[1][2]
