告子（?—?），名不害[1]，一說東周戰國時思想家。一說是孟子的學生。一說因為告子本人無著作流傳，他純屬杜撰。
曾受教於墨子，有口才[2]，講仁義；曾和孟子辯論人性問題，認為人性「無善、無不善」，因後天環境影響才有善人與惡人之別；主張「食、色，性也」[3]。
