卞翠屏（1945年1月—），湖南永州人。中國共產黨黨員。焦作礦業學院（今河南理工大學）採煤系畢業，大學學歷。中華人民共和國政治人物。
生平
歷任中共湖南省零陵縣委宣傳部部長、縣長，縣級永州市市長，零陵地區行政公署計劃委員會主任、副專員、地委委員、常務副專員、地委副書記、專員，永州市委副書記、市長，湘潭市委書記等職。2003年2月，調任中共湖南省委辦公廳特邀顧問。2008年8月退休[1]。
