華弱（?—?），子姓，華氏，名弱，是華耦的兒子，華椒的孫子[1]，宋國大夫。
華弱和樂轡小時候親密，長大了好開玩笑甚至誹謗。一次樂轡發怒，在朝上用弓套住華弱的脖子，好像帶枷。宋平公說：「在朝廷上司武帶弓枷，打仗就難取勝了。」於是把他驅逐。前567年夏，華弱逃亡魯國。[2]
