勞動資料（英語：means of labor），也稱勞動手段，是勞動過程中所運用的物質資料或物質條件。
概述
根據馬克思主義政治經濟學的定義，勞動資料是指人們在生產過程中用於改變或影響勞動對象的形狀、性質、位置所需要的一切物質資料和物質條件。它包括設備、工具、容器、檢驗手段以及廠房、生產用房屋等設施。在勞動資料中，設備等生產工具起決定作用[1]。有些物質資料在生產過程中的地位和作用不是固定不變的，有時作為勞動資料，有時作為勞動對象[2]。勞動資料和勞動對象合稱生產資料。
