劉元公（？—318年），十六國漢國皇太子。漢隱帝劉粲與靳皇后的兒子，318年七月二十甲子，劉粲立皇子劉元公為太子。八月，執政的靳準殺死了劉粲。劉元公、靳皇后以及劉氏一族全部被殺。後來，劉曜殺死靳準，稱皇帝，改國號前趙。
