劉長銀（1952年—），湖北大悟人。1968年入伍。曾任成都軍區副政委、廣州軍區副政委。中國人民解放軍中將軍銜。中國共產黨第十八屆中央紀律檢查委員會委員。
曾任廣州軍區醫學高等專科學校政委。1997年，任中國人民解放軍第42集團軍政治部主任。1999年9月，任第42集團軍副政委。2000年2月，任廣東省軍區副政委。2004年3月，任廣州軍區聯勤部政委。2010年7月，任成都軍區副政委。2012年7月，調任廣州軍區副政委。2016年1月，因體制編制調整和到齡，作免職安排[1]。
