劉國范（1929年—2001年），遼寧省開原縣人，中華人民共和國政治人物。
1978年，任寧夏回族自治區煤炭工業局代局長、局長。1983年，任自治區黨委常委兼秘書長。1985年，升任自治區黨委副書記。1993年，任自治區政協主席[1]。
