劉力偉（1955年10月—），湖南桃源人。1973年1月參加工作，1976年10月加入中國共產黨，湘潭大學經濟系畢業，大學文化。
歷任中共湖南省委副秘書長、政策研究室主任；張家界市委副書記、書記等職。2008年1月任湖南省人民政府副省長[1]，2011年6月兼任湖南省公安廳廳長[2]，同年10月調往浙江，任中共浙江省委常委、省政法委副書記、省公安廳黨委書記[3]，次月被正式任命為公安廳廳長[4]。2016年1月，不再擔任浙江省公安廳廳長、黨委書記[5]；同月被選舉為省第十二屆人大常委會副主任[6]。
