侯惠民（1940年10月13日—），漢族，中華人民共和國藥物製劑專家，第十一屆全國政協委員。
生平
擔任上海醫藥工業研究院藥物製劑國家工程研究中心主任。1996年，當選為中國工程院院士[1][2]。2008年，當選第十一屆全國政協委員[3]，代表無黨派人士，分入第十五組。[4]
