何薳（1077年—1145年），北宋人士。字子遠[1]，一作子楚[2]，建寧軍浦城縣人。
其父何去非獲蘇軾薦舉得官。何薳長於詩，精琴藝[3]，曾任富陽令[4]，見章惇、蔡京誤國，「時事日非，遂不仕」[4]。隱於其父墓地韓青谷（今浙江），遂自號韓青老農，人稱東都遺老[5]。著有《春渚紀聞》10卷[6]。
