生平
1977年出生於湖北黃石，畢業於華南理工大學計算機科學專業，2004年與梁捷共同創建UC優視，2014年6月被阿里巴巴集團收購。同年共同創建小鵬汽車並擔任董事長。[3][4]2017年8月22日宣佈辭去阿里巴巴集團所有職務。[5]
