伊薩基島[1]（希臘語：Ιθάκη，羅馬化：Ithaki，[iˈθaci]），古稱伊塔卡（古希臘語：Ιθάκη，羅馬化：Ithakē，[i.tʰá.kɛː]），按英語音譯為伊薩卡（英語：Ithaca），希臘伊奧尼亞群島中的島嶼。方圓92.6平方公里，居民數量為3646人。伊薩基島在荷馬時代已經聞名，據說是荷馬史詩中的英雄奧德修斯的故鄉。
早在新石器時代（公元前4000－3000年）伊薩基島已經有人居住，而邁錫尼文化時代（公元前1500－1100年）該島已經開始繁榮。荷馬史詩奧德賽講述的正是奧德修斯在特洛伊戰爭後返回家鄉伊薩基的故事。但德國考古學家威廉·德普費爾德認為《奧德賽》中的伊薩卡島是現在的萊夫卡扎島。[2]
