歷史
中國二重位於四川省德陽市旌陽區，始建於1958年，1971年建成投產，是中國重型機械製造企業和重大技術裝備國產化基地，主要為冶金、電力、水利、化工、航天、航空、船舶、核工業等生產大型工業設備，公司擁有重型機械設計研究院、大型鑄鍛件研究所等研究機構。
