Howland-tó (Eng-gí: Howland Island) sī tiàm-tī tiong Thài-pêng-iûⁿ, chhiah-tō khah pak--chi̍t-sut-á ê 1-ê san-ô͘-tó, iok-lio̍k tī Honolulu sai-lâm-hiòng 3100 km hn̄g ê só͘-chāi.
