Chi-ku-la̍t, tī Tâi-oân-oē mā kóng chio͘-kó͘-lè-to̍h[1] (ji̍t. チョコレート chyokorêto), sī ēng jia̍t-tāi Theobroma cacao ê chí chò ê chè-phín, it-poaⁿ tiāⁿ chò thn̂g-á-piáⁿ khoán ê sì-siù-á.
Theobroma cacao mā hō chò chi-ku-la̍t (芝車力).[2][3]chi-ku-la̍t pún-lâi sī kó͘-chá Tiong-lâm Bí-chiu Maya Ìn-tē-an-lâng ê ím-liāu, āu--lâi thoân-ji̍p Au-chiu keng-koè piàn-hoà, chiah piàn-chò kin-á-ji̍t ê sì-siù-á. I ê chú-iàu goân-liāu sī Khó͘-khó͘-chhiū ê koé-chí Khó͘-khó͘-tāu, bô-kâng ê phín-chióng á-sī sán-tē ē sán-seng bô-kâng ê hong-bī.[4]
