Siang-chí-hio̍h si̍t-bu̍tkhui-hoe si̍t-bu̍t thoân-thóng hun-lūi ê nn̄g tōa hun-ki chi it. I-ê hō-miâ sī in-ūi chit lūi si̍t-bu̍t chéng-chí ē hoat nn̄g phìⁿ chí-hio̍h (cotyledon). Pún lūi seng-bu̍t lóng-chóng hâm tāi-iok 20 bān chéng.

Nā sī chiàu khah sin ê hun-chú hē-thóng-ha̍k gián-kiù, "siang-chí-hio̍h si̍t-bu̍t" chit-ê hun-lūi sǹg sī chi̍t khoán chhek-hē-thóng kûn (Eng-gí: paraphyletic group), ia̍h to̍h sī kóng i sui-jiân hâm kiōng-tông ê chó͘-sian, m̄-koh bô hâm só͘-ū che chó͘-sian thoân--chhut-lâi ê āu-tāi. Nā chiàu chit khoán lí-lō͘, siang-chí-hio̍h si̍t-bu̍t í-keng bô sǹg sī iú-hāu ê hun-lūi-ha̍k tan-goân. Sin-ê giâm-keh hun-lūi sī hō chò chin-siang-chí-hio̍h si̍t-bu̍t (eudicotyledon).
