國一民（1954年11月—），漢族，山東淄博人，中華人民共和國政治人物，中國共產黨黨員，第十一屆全國政協委員。
1970年12月參加工作，曾歷任北京鐵路局天津鐵路分局南倉站制動員、調車長、值班員、黨委政治部宣傳幹事、團委書記，天津鐵路分局政治部秘書，天津鐵路分局團委書記，天津鐵路分局南倉站黨委書記，北京鐵路局團委書記，北京鐵路局黨委辦公室主任，北京鐵路局北京鐵路分局黨委書記[1]，2003年5月任北京鐵路局黨委書記[2]，2006年4月改任中華全國鐵路總工會主席[3]。2008年，當選第十一屆全國政協委員[4]，代表中華全國總工會，分入第十七組。並擔任提案委員會專委[5]。2008年10月17日，中國工會十五大在北京開幕[6]，大會選舉他出任主席團委員[7][8]。後擔任國務院國資委國有重點大型企業監事會主席。
