茱莉亞·查特（英語：Julia Child，1912年8月15日—2004年8月13日）結婚前原名為茱莉亞·卡洛琳·麥克威廉斯(Julia Carolyn McWilliams)，出生於美國加州的帕薩迪納市，是美國的知名廚師、作家與電視節目主持人。曾登上1966年11月25日的《時代》雜誌封面，2009年故事被翻拍成電影《茱莉對茱莉亞－隔代廚神》，2022年她的傳奇一生被翻拍成電視劇《傳奇廚神茱莉亞》（Julia）、Food Network美食台頻道以致敬茱莉亞，製作料理比賽實境節目《茱莉亞查特的挑戰》（The Julia Child Challenge）。
