羅會元（1923年9月—2013年9月），男，上海人，畢業於約翰-霍普金斯大學醫學院（M.D. '51）[1] 。中國醫學遺傳學家，曾任中國醫學科學院基礎醫學研究所研究員、中國協和醫科大學基礎醫學院醫學遺傳室教授，主任，博士生導師，中華醫學遺傳學會主任委員，中國遺傳學會理事[2][3]。 1999年被霍普金斯大學醫學院校友會授予 Samuel P. Asper Award for Achievement in Advancing International Medical Education[1]
