張燦明（1914年—2010年7月29日），四川達縣人，中華人民共和國政治人物、外交官，原外交部副部長、最高人民檢察院副檢察長。他是開國上將張愛萍之弟。[1]
1957年，擔任首任中華人民共和國駐斯里蘭卡大使[2]。1962年，由謝克西接任。1963年，接替謝甫生，擔任中華人民共和國駐蒙古大使[3]。1967年，奉調回國，未再返任。
