小圓肌（英語：Teres minor）屬於上肢帶肌的一部分，大體呈扁狀，位於岡下肌 (Infraspinatus)下方。其起自肩胛骨外側緣中部，行經肩關節囊下方，止於肱骨大結節的下側面。其受腋神經(Axillary nerve)支配，對應C5、C6（第五、六頸椎）脊髓節段。
小圓肌的主要作用是外旋肩關節，並與岡上肌(Supraspinatus)、岡下肌、肩胛下肌(Subscapularis)組成肩袖，共同維持肩關節穩定，防止肱骨頭脫出肩關節盂(Glenoid cavity)導致脫臼。[1][2]
