聖母升天主教座堂（英語：Cathedral of Saint Mary of the Assumption）是天主教三藩市總教區的主教座堂，位於三藩市的座堂山（Cathedral Hill）街區。目前的主教座堂建於1967-1971年，現代主義式樣，取代了建於1891年的老堂。而最早的聖母無玷始胎主教座堂建於1853-1854年，仍然存在。
