人民衛隊（阿拉伯語：الحرس الشعبي，羅馬化：Al-Harās al-Sha『abī）是黎巴嫩歷史上的一個準軍事組織，由黎巴嫩共產黨領導，存在於1970年—1990年，在2006年一度短暫出現。該組織曾在黎巴嫩內戰的1975年—1977年階段及後續衝突中作戰。該組織鼎盛時，有5000名戰士。黎巴嫩共產黨和人民衛隊是黎巴嫩民族運動及其繼承者黎巴嫩民族抵抗陣線的成員[1][2]。
