打倒男孩（英語：Fall Out Boy，簡稱：FOB）是一支流行龐克、另類搖滾曲風的樂團，他們來自美國伊利諾州的芝加哥，在2001年組成。樂團成員包括派崔克·史坦普（Patrick Stump，主唱、結他手）、彼特·溫茲（Pete Wentz，貝斯、主要作詞者）喬·特洛曼（Joe Trohman。結他手）、安迪·赫里（Andy Hurley，鼓手）。
樂團生涯
樂團首先在2002年發行了《Split EP》，隔年發行首張專輯《打倒男孩之與你的女友在傍晚出遊》（Fall Out Boy's Evening Out With Your Girlfriend）[1]。在這段期間，打倒男孩樂團在芝加哥和近郊地區進行一連串的演出。哥倫比亞騎士廳（The Knights of Columbus Hall）是早期打倒男孩樂團最常演出的地點。他們的音樂錄影帶「到院前死亡」（Dead on Arrival）就是在此拍攝，同時該地也是許多場「祕密演出」的地點。
鼓手安迪·赫里是在《打倒男孩之與你的女友在傍晚出遊》發行後才加入樂團。在同年他們發行第二張專輯《帶着這個進棺材》（Take This to Your Grave），專輯中的歌曲開始在一些電視台（FUSE、mtvU）播出。這張專輯的銷售成績達到金唱片等級。他們也參與了一張向「Jawbreaker」樂團致敬的合輯《Bad Scene, Everyone's Fault》，其中收錄他們的歌曲「Save Your Generation」（拯救你的世代）。在2003年，他們與Island Records簽約。隔年發行EP《我的心永遠都在我的舌頭的背面》（My Heart Will Always Be the B-Side to My Tongue），其中包含一片DVD。

在2005年5月3日，打倒男孩推出了他們在主流唱片大廠的第一張，同時也是整個樂團的第三章專輯《軟木樹下》（From Under the Cork Tree）[1] ，登上告示牌排行榜第九名，首週銷售量超過70,000張，並在不久後達成雙白金銷售。他們的第一首單曲「蜜糖，我們要下沉了」（Sugar, We're Goin Down）在告示牌熱門100獲得第8名，而在音樂電視網（MTV）的「TRL」節目獲得冠軍。而這首歌曲的音樂錄影帶同時也獲得2005年MTV音樂錄影帶大獎中的「MTV2」獎項。打倒男孩獲得2006年格林美獎提名為「最佳新人」。
打倒男孩第四張專輯在2007年2月6日於北美洲發行，名為《無限HIGH》（Infinity on High）。主打單曲「不是開玩笑，就要開打了」（This Ain't a Scene, It's an Arms Race）在2006年的全美音樂大獎上首次演出。隨後單曲的音樂錄影帶於2006年12月19日於音樂電視網（MTV）首播。他們同時也與製作人 Timbaland 在他的新專輯，而饒舌歌手Jay Z將打倒男孩所有團員列在他的 Roc-A-Fella 家族中。
在專輯上市首週，《無限HIGH》在美國告示牌（Billboard 200）排行榜上獲得第一名，銷售量達260,000張[3]。2007年2月4日，主打歌「不是開玩笑，就要開打了」在英國單曲榜上獲得亞軍，是打倒男孩樂團目前為止在英國市場上最成功的記錄。
打倒男孩的最新專輯已在2008年12月16日於全球發行，名為Folie à Deux。主打單曲（I Don't Care）在2008年9月3日率先推出。
於2009年舉行Believers Never Die Tour Part Deux巡迴演唱會以後，打倒男孩宣佈停止所有活動。他們認為是時候歇一歇，獨自向不同的方向發展。主唱史坦普於2011年獨自製作和發行兩部作品《Truant Wave》和《Soul Punk》；低音結他手溫茲與妻子艾希莉·辛普森（Ashlee Simpson）離婚；同時，結他手特洛曼與鼓手赫里組織了另一個搖滾樂團（The Damned Things）。四人都認為樂團這四年的休息是重要的成長過程。
2012年早期，四人重新組合，開始寫作新歌曲。經過一年多的「秘密」製作，打倒男孩在2013年2月4日揭曉全新單曲《My Songs Know What You Did In The Dark (Light Em Up)》，並同時宣佈新專輯與巡迴演唱會的詳情，給了歌迷意料之外的驚喜。五年來的第一部專輯《搶救搖滾樂》（Save Rock And Roll）於Billboard 200排名榜排行第一，單在美國的銷售量已突破三百萬。
樂團於2015年1 月 16 日發行第六隻新專輯，收錄10首新曲及於2014年9月發行的四白金單曲<<Centuries>>，並宣佈將會為此專輯舉行同名世界巡迴演唱會"American Beauty/American Psycho Tour"。同年10月，樂團又宣佈了2016年另一巡迴演唱會"冬演將至"(名稱相信是參考了美國HBO的電視劇權力的遊戲中一句著名的對白"凜冬將至")Wintour is Coming （頁面存檔備份，存於互聯網檔案館）的時間表。在2016年3月1日樂團發佈會在英國Reading and Leeds Festivals出現。
專輯的正式名稱為《M A N I A》，單曲Young and Menace[4]、Champion[5]、The Last of the Real Ones[6]、Hold Me Tight or Don't[7]先後發行，並於2018年1月19日正式發行專輯。巡演Mania Tour開始於2017年9月16日，計劃2018年10月10日結束。2018年12月7日，Fall Out Boy憑藉《Mania》獲得了第二次格林美獎最佳搖滾專輯提名。[8][9]

2023年1月11日，打倒男孩宣佈了他們即將推出的專輯《So Much (for) Stardust》的主打單曲《Love from the Other Side》，歌曲於1月18日發佈，同時宣佈專輯將於3月24日發佈。同一天，結他手喬·特洛曼在社交媒體上公開宣佈他將休息一段時間，專注於自己的心理健康。
2023年1月31日，打倒男孩宣佈了So Much For (Tour) Dust巡演，該巡演將於2023年6月21日在芝加哥的Wrigley Field開始。巡演還將邀請Bring Me the Horizon、The Academy Is...、Alkaline Trio等樂隊參加。[15][16]2023年5月29日，特洛曼在Instagram上確認他已經回歸該樂隊。[17][18]2023年6月5日，打倒男孩宣佈將在泰勒·斯威夫特的重新錄製專輯《愛的告白 (重製版)》中演唱「Electric Touch」。[19][20]2023年6月28日，打倒男孩發佈了比利·喬爾1989年單曲「We Didn't Start the Fire」的更新版本，其中列舉了1989年至2023年的重大政治、文化、科學和體育事件。[21][22]
