A35高速公路是法國東北部的一條免費高速公路，全長172千米，於1965年建成通車。A35始於法德邊境的萊茵河谷地，沿法國和瑞士的邊界處經斯特拉斯堡到達法瑞邊境。A35也是歐洲E25公路和歐洲E60公路的一部分。

在A35到達北部的法德邊境後，該高速在德國境內變為一條單車道的公路。目前德國有關部門正在考慮建設高等級公路與德國65號高速公路相連。
