4-羥苯丙酮酸 (英語:4-Hydroxyphenylpyruvic acid,4-HPPA)是一種苯丙氨酸的代謝中間產物。苯丙氨酸的側鏈被苯丙氨酸羥化酶羥化成為酪氨酸。酪氨酸再由酪氨酸轉氨酶轉化為4-羥苯丙酮酸。[1]
