美國國道258(U.S.Route 258) 是美國國道58的支線 。全長220.15英里(354.30公里),從維吉尼亞漢普頓的門羅堡維吉尼亞143號高速公路至北卡羅來納傑克遜維爾的美國國道17和北卡羅來納24號高速公路。在北卡羅來納州它將傑克遜維爾與金斯頓(Kingston)、斯諾希爾(Snow Hill)、法姆維爾(Farmville)、塔爾伯勒（Tarboro）、默弗里斯伯勒(Murfreesboro)聯繫起來。接着它在維吉尼亞的富蘭克林(Franklin)與美國國道58相交，接着前往漢普頓都會區。
