2019–20年香港甲組聯賽是第 6 屆香港甲組聯賽，本季賽事的參賽隊數為 14 隊，比賽於2019年9月7日揭幕。受新冠肺炎疫症影響下，足總宣告除港超聯外各級聯賽宣告全面腰斬及暫停升降班，唯晉峰就已入紙申請衝超並獲足總確認升班。
