黃因慧（1945年8月—），男，漢族，福建廈門人，中華人民共和國教育界人物，全國政協委員，南京航空航天大學教授、博士生導師。南京航空學院機械工程畢業。
加入中國致公黨，擔任致公黨中央常委、江蘇省委主委、江蘇省政協副主席。2008年，當選第十一屆全國政協委員[1]，代表中國致公黨，分入第十一組。[2]
