鳳尾竹（Bambusa multiplex cv. Fernleaf），又名觀音竹，是孝順竹的一種培育園藝變種，是簕竹屬的一種觀賞品種，植株叢生，高2-3米，莖的直徑約為5-10毫米，常綠，每節有多數枝條，枝條節上有小枝，每個小枝上生有十數枚葉，葉片小，枝條頂端呈弓形彎曲，如同鳥的長尾羽，具有觀賞性。在中國的長江以南各地，日本、印度都有栽培。
