饢坑烤肉(維吾爾語:تونۇر كاۋىپى,拉丁維文:tonur kawipi,烏茲別克語:tandir kabob)是流行於中亞地區的一種肉類食物,因在饢坑內烤制而得名。其做法是,先把羊肉切成拳頭大小的肉塊,用雞蛋、薑黃、胡椒粉、孜然粉、精鹽和麵粉拌勻成糊,均勻地抹在肉塊上,貼入饢坑內壁,烤半小時左右即成。[1]
