饢坑烤肉維吾爾語تونۇر كاۋىپى‎,拉丁維文:tonur kawipi,烏茲別克語tandir kabob)是流行於中亞地區的一種肉類食物,因在饢坑內烤制而得名。其做法是,先把羊肉切成拳頭大小的肉塊,用雞蛋薑黃胡椒粉孜然粉、精麵粉拌勻成糊,均勻地抹在肉塊上,貼入饢坑內壁,烤半小時左右即成。[1]
