韓興旺（1954年—），撒拉族，中華人民共和國政治人物、第十一屆全國政協委員。
擔任青海省工商聯副主席、青海興旺集團公司董事長。2008年，當選第十一屆全國政協委員[1]，代表少數民族界，分入第四十九組。並擔任民族和宗教委員會專委。[2]
