非理性繁榮（英文：Irrational Exuberance）是由前聯邦準備理事會主席葛林斯潘在1996年互聯網泡沫時期於美國企業研究院演說時提出的論述，論述指出資產價格脫離決定其價值的基本面因素而主要由市場參與主體的主觀判斷決定的資產價格持續上漲現象。非理性繁榮意味着市場的運行超出了理性預期的規律，由人類的非理性心態推動市場運行。非理性繁榮是投機性泡沫經濟的心理基礎，此論述在當時被視為針對證券市場估值過高的警告。[1]
