陳澤盛（1960年—），漢族，中華人民共和國政治人物、第十一屆全國政協委員。
擔任香港運盛集團董事局主席。旗下公司在上海上市（上交所：600767）。在香港亦曾經有公司上市（運盛中國）。2008年，當選第十一屆全國政協委員[1]，代表經濟界，分入第三十七組。並擔任教科文衛體委員會專委。[2]
