生平
1986年10月參加工作，1989年3月加入中國共產黨。曾任中共中央辦公廳正處級秘書、正局級秘書、中共寧波市委副書記、政法委書記、寧波杭州灣新區管委會黨工委書記。2012年3月任衢州市市長。2012年5月，任中共衢州市委書記。[1]
