陳安妮（1992年11月—）是中國漫畫作者，出生於廣東省汕頭市，快看漫畫的創始者。[1]2014年7月在廣東外語外貿大學畢業[2]。
2012年漫畫家楊笑汝在陳安妮學校舉行講座，燃起她過去畫畫的興趣[3]。2013年，在大學期間借錢買了數位板，開始在新浪微博開設「偉大的安妮」發佈漫畫[4]。次年以網絡連載的《安妮和王小明》獲得金龍獎最佳幽默漫畫金獎。2018年擔任第15屆金龍獎形象大使[5]。
