昂旺洛哲嘉措（藏語：ངག་དབང་བློ་གྲོས་རྒྱ་མཚོ，威利轉寫：ngag dbang blo gros rgya mtsho；1635年—1688年）藏族，青海大通人，第四世（計追認）賽赤活佛。[1]
生平
昂旺洛哲嘉措生於青海湟中塔爾寺莊園「梅尼措哇」（位於今青海省大通縣）。11歲入西藏拉薩哲蚌寺閣芒札倉學習佛經。48歲時，出任甘丹赤巴。他成為賽赤活佛系統中，首位轉世者，故若不計追認的三世，則他為第一世賽赤活佛。[1]
