阿爾馬茲·阿亞納·埃巴（Almaz Ayana Eba，1991年11月21日—），埃塞俄比亞女子長跑運動員，主攻3000米、5000米和一萬米。在2016年夏季奧林匹克運動會女子10000米比賽上，以29分17秒45的成績打破中國選手王軍霞保持了近23年的紀錄獲得金牌，里約奧運會上她還獲得5000米銅牌（14:33.59）。她也曾贏得2013年世界田徑錦標賽5000米銅牌和2015年世界田徑錦標賽5000米金牌，以及2014年非洲田徑錦標賽5000米金牌（15:32.72）。[1]
