生平
光緒五年，鄭熙嘏中舉人。後任山東掖縣知縣。是日照縣後村「一門三舉人」中的老二（老大鄭熙瑞光緒二年中舉，任湖北寧遠縣知縣；鄭熙嘏之父鄭忠厚的繼子鄭熙志繼鄭熙嘏之後又中舉）。[1]
