若熱·卡洛斯·德阿爾梅達·豐塞卡（Jorge Carlos de Almeida Fonseca，發音[ˈʒɔɾʒɨ ˈkaɾluʒ dɨ alˈmejdɐ fõˈsekɐ]，1950年10月20日—），維德角政治人物，律師，大學教授。1991年至1993年間擔任外交部長。2011年9月9日起擔任維德角總統。2016年10月連任維德角總統。[1]
