董永安（1956年6月—），男，陝西西安人，中華人民共和國政治人物。西安交通大學氣體動力工程專業畢業，江蘇理工大學工程碩士，高級工程師。
生平
1984年10月加入中國共產黨。曾任中國一拖集團有限責任公司總經理、董事長；中共安陽市委副書記、代市長、市長；河南省交通廳廳長、交通運輸廳廳長等職。第十一屆全國人大代表。2010年12月25日因涉嫌違紀問題被雙規。[1]2012年11月29日，董永安因犯受賄罪，被河南許昌市中級人民法院一審判處無期徒刑，剝奪政治權利終身，並處沒收個人全部財產。[2]
