葉鞘（Leaf sheathes）是指由葉基或葉柄發育而成，完全或部分環扣住節上方的莖的鞘狀結構；其功能為保護腋芽及莖頂、節間、葉基的分生組織。常見於禾本科、棕櫚科、繖形科植物。
竹的葉鞘特稱為籜鞘，面積大而為包覆的主要結構。
