自由之歌

《自由之歌》（葡萄牙語：Cântico da Liberdade）為佛得角國歌，採用於1996年，在這之前，佛得角的國歌與幾內亞比紹的相同。自由之歌的作曲者為Adalberto Higino Tavares Silva，並由Amílcar Spencer Lopes作詞。
