腓特烈二世（德語：Friedrich II.，1482年12月9日—1556年2月26日），普法爾茨選侯，1544年至1556年在位。

1535年，52歲的腓特烈與前丹麥國王克里斯蒂安二世14歲的女兒多蘿西亞結婚，兩人沒有子女。1556年腓特烈去世，姪子鄂圖·海因里希繼位為普法爾茨選侯。
