約格瓦[1]（愛沙尼亞語：Jõgeva）是愛沙尼亞約格瓦縣約格瓦市鎮內的非獨立市，也是約格瓦縣的首府及約格瓦市鎮的行政中心，位於佩迪亞河右岸，分別距離塔爾圖和塔林51公里和154公里，面積3.86平方公里，2010年人口6,322。
2017年愛沙尼亞行政改革前，約格瓦為一個獨立的市鎮。改革後和其他市鎮合併為新的約格瓦市鎮。
