管仲偉（1923年8月—2014年12月25日），江蘇南京人，中華人民共和國政治人物。
1947年7月，加入中國農工民主黨，進入華北革命大學政治研究院學習，後任農工黨無錫市委會主委、無錫市民政局局長，農工黨江蘇省委會宣傳處處長、常委兼秘書長。1979年後，任農工黨江蘇省委會專職副主委、常務副主委。2014年去世[1]。
