福帥（英語：Parker Foo；1998年9月12日—），中國男子冰球運動員。司職前鋒。出生於加拿大艾伯塔省埃德蒙頓。身高185厘米，體重78公斤。有華人血統。
經歷
2014-2016年在阿爾伯塔省青年聯賽布魯克斯強盜隊為主力左邊鋒，球隊兩奪聯賽冠軍，兩年104場比賽93分。
他和哥哥效力於NCAA的美國聯合學院。2017年NHL選秀第144順位被芝加哥黑鷹隊選中。後到中國任崑崙鴻星俱樂部。加入中華人民共和國國籍入選國家隊。2022年在國家隊出戰4次進1球。
